The Beds AAA 10K race takes place in Bedford on Friday 5th July 2024 starting at 7.30pm.  The entry fee is just  £16/ £14.  The 10k course is completely traffic free and very flat with PB potential, and has a certified course measurement certificate.  The race incorporates the Bedfordshire 10k road championships.  Full information can be found at www.bedfordshireaaa.org.uk and ONLINE ENTRIES are at
